Since Leonard J. Schwartz purchased the business in 1974, our family-owned skilled nursing facility has remained steadfast in its mission to provide the highest quality of care to every patient and resident who comes through our doors.

Over the past five decades, we have grown, adapted and continuously improved to meet the evolving needs of our community.
From expanding our facility in 1975 and increasing our capacity to 120 beds, every step has been guided by an unwavering commitment to excellence. This golden anniversary is a testament to the trust families have placed in us and the dedication of our hardworking staff.
As we reflect on the past 50 years, we promise to continue our tradition of compassionate care, fostering independence, and serving the needs of our community.
