Established in 1942, Avon Health Center provides 120 beds for short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, hospice care and respite care. The business has been privately owned by the Schwartz family since 1974. A vibrant member of the Farmington Valley Community, Avon Health Center has a stable, experienced staff…and more than 100 volunteers who help enrich the lives of our residents. Location: Avon Health Center is located at 652 W. Avon Road in Avon, CT.
