I wanted to express just how happy we are with our choice to place my mom in your care. The staff is terrific, cheerful and always willing to help whenever needed. The facility is spotless. All the residents are well dressed and care for. Additionally, as we live in Avon, we could not have asked for a better location. That being said, even if you were in West Hartford, we would choose you over a facility that might be closer. I have attended Kathy’s retirement party as well as several events at your facility and they were great. Having a piano player just added to the festivities. I can’t say enough about how thankful we are for all you offer to my mom and all those in your care. Keep up the great work and please pass our gratitude to all of the staff.
